Attribute Management

NOTE: Managing attributes is a system administration function, but we include it here as understanding attributes is key to understanding how to manage participant records in your system.

You can include custom data in the individual or organization form by having attributes. There is a variety of data that you can incorporate, and understanding attributes is essential for personalizing your forms and collecting specific information from your members or participants. Contact Management

This section can be accessed by navigating to an individual's profile and selecting the Contact Management tab. Here, you'll find all messages, emails, and texts related to the person, as well as the option to create action events or follow-ups for service and resource types. Additionally, this area allows you to monitor participant sessions and development notes.

Group Management

With Group Management, you can create predefined groups of members/participants and link them to particular events/programs within Event Management. This functionality streamlines the organization of support groups and similar programs that involve regular meetings with the same set of individuals.
