Overview
Contact management entries in Gnosis also have the option to automatically add Zoom meetings linked to the contact event. This article reviews the option to set up automated reminder communications when the scheduled meeting approaches.
The Communication
Attached to this article is a template email complete with its recipient group that you can import into your Gnosis system:
This email is set up for you to schedule an auto-send daily by 8 am each day and it will be sent to each person that has a contact management session with a zoom meeting configured for the following day.
Important Note
This email is set up to send based on the date/time entered for the actual zoom meeting when it was set up, not the date listed in the contact management entry.
