Email sending and deliverability statistics can be accessed via the Email Statistics button at the top of the mail page of the Communications Center.
Statistics Tab
Global Statistics
The primary overview of all outbound email activity across a selectable date range (Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Last 3 Months, Last 12 Months, or a custom period). Results can be grouped by Day, Week, or Month.
Six headline KPI tiles are displayed at the top:
- ► Requests: total emails submitted for sending
- ► Delivered: count and delivery rate
- ► Unique Opens: count and open rate
- ► Unique Clicks: count and click rate
- ► Bounces: count and bounce rate
- ► Spam Reports: count and spam rate
Below the tiles, an interactive trend chart plots all six metrics over time, with individual series that can be toggled on or off for focused analysis. Data can be exported using the Export button.
Email Log Tab
Email Activity & Status
A searchable, filterable log of every individual email sent within the selected date range. A date picker and quick-select buttons (Today, Last 1h, Last 24h) allow focused lookups.
Rows can be filtered by Status and by Subject, To address, or From address. Each row in the log shows:
- ► Date / Time the message was sent
- ► To Address (recipient)
- ► Subject line
- ► Delivery Status (e.g., Delivered, Deferred)
- ► Opens and clicks count for that message
The full list can be exported to CSV for offline analysis.
Deliverability Tab
Deliverability Overview
The top-level deliverability summary is available under the Overview sub-tab. Four KPI tiles provide an at-a-glance health check for the selected period, each showing a count, percentage, and trend indicator (up/down vs. prior period):
- ► Processed: total volume entering the sending pipeline
- ► Delivered: percentage successfully delivered to recipient inboxes
- ► Bounced & Blocked: percentage of messages rejected or blocked
- ► Unique Opens: percentage of delivered emails that were opened
A multi-series trend chart below the tiles plots Delivered volume, Bounce & Block rate, and Unique Open rate over time, making it easy to spot deliverability changes relative to sending volume.
Deliverability by Mailbox Provider
The Mailbox Providers sub-tab breaks down where emails are sent and how well they are delivered by provider. Two charts are shown:
- ► Volume bar chart: processed email count per provider (Microsoft 365, Microsoft Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo, Apple iCloud, Other)
- ► Delivery rate line chart: percentage of emails delivered over time for each provider, enabling side-by-side comparison
Individual providers can be toggled in the legend to isolate specific comparisons. Both charts support export.
Deliverability Bounces & Blocks
The Bounced & Blocked sub-tab surfaces bounce and block activity for the past 30 days (classification data is limited to this window). Two sections are displayed:
- ► Bounce rate by mailbox provider: a bar chart showing the bounce percentage for each provider (Apple iCloud, Gmail, Proofpoint, Barracuda, Cisco Ironport, Cloudmark, Comcast, Google Apps, MailChannels Corporation, and others)
- ► Bounce & block cause breakdown: a categorized list explaining the root causes, such as Content issues or Frequency / Volume too high
This view helps identify whether delivery problems are provider-specific or driven by content and sending-pattern factors.
Spam & Unsubscribes
The Spam & Unsubscribes sub-tab monitors recipient complaint and opt-out activity. Two headline tiles show total Spam Reports and total Unsubscribes (each with count, percentage, and trend) for the selected period.
Below the tiles, two additional sections provide deeper context:
- ► Trend chart: plots Spam Reports, Unsubscribes, Spam Rate, and Unsub Rate over time; all four series are individually toggleable
- ► Provider breakdown: identifies which mailbox providers are generating spam reports and unsubscribes, helping to pinpoint audience or provider-specific issues
The provider table can be exported to CSV.
