Who creates these forms and portal processes?
Your staff works directly with a Gnosis Support Person to outline the desired process(es) and manage system and communications updates. Gnosis staff creates the necessary form and portal pages then provides the information for your staff to test the process. If your staffing allows, Gnosis Staff can provide training on forms creation as well as the portal management system - we aim to create a implementation plan that works for everyone. Typically your organization would have a System Support Agreement (SSA) in place to provide the support time at a discounted rate.
