Gnosis offers the capability to limit access to Contact Management Notes based on the selected note category and user group access. Gnosis Administrators can follow these simple steps to complete the security settings.

STEP 1: Set the flags for your necessary Contact Management Categories

  1. Go to Settings > Administration > Reference Data Management > Contact Management Categories.
  2. For each category (below left), select the applicable flag(s) (below right).
  3. Note the Member/Participant category is also checked for ADAPT inclusion if you are a CSC Affiliate.
     

STEP 2: Grant access to note categories within your user group access.

  1. Go to Settings > Administration > User Management.
  2. On the Access Control tab, select a group, ex. Program user group.
  3. On the right (below) go to Data Access ACLs, and set the Program Notes Group ACL to Read/Write

  4. Repeat for all necessary user groups.

STEP 3: Review all users in applicable user groups to ensure all staff have necessary notes access.

  1. In User Management go to the Group
  2. Select an applicable group.
  3. Review and update users using the red and green arrows.
