If when posting a batch, you get a message from Quickbooks which reads "3120 - Object xxx-xxx specified in the request cannot be found", then your mappings are causing you to attempt posting to a non-existent QuickBooks account or use a non-existent pay type that has been changed or deleted since last connecting Gnosis to your QuickBooks file.
To fix this problem:
- On the QuickBooks mappings screen, switch to the "Book Setup" tab and press the blue up pointing arrow next to the QuickBooks book you are using. This will ensure that the current list of accounts is refreshed from QB.
- Check all of the account and transaction type mappings (on the transaction type mappings tab, check each bank name configured) to determine which mapping is incorrect.
- Fix the invalid mapping and then save.
You should be able to then re-post your batch.
