Recording Gifts from Organizations

When recording gifts from organizations, it is important to select the person from within the organization that was responsible for the gift in addition to the organization that donated.  This facilitates the inclusion of the donor name in acknowledgment letters and provides development personnel with contact information when following up past donors for future giving opportunities.

When entering the gift, all persons recorded as linked to the selected giving organization are included in the drop-down list shown here:
