When your events have minimum and/or target attendance numbers specified, the attached report can be used to help focus event promotions to help boost registrations for events that have not met the Minimum or Targeted number of registrations. This article includes the following sections:

Required Data

In order to rely on the data in this report,

  1. Event Registration must be managed through Gnosis.
  2. The following fields must be completed in event registration settings:
  • Budgeted Minimum
  • Budgeted Target

Import This Report to Your System

The Gnosis report file attached to the bottom of this article can be downloaded and imported to your Reporting Module. See How to Import a Report File (link opens in a new window).

The report criteria is set to review the events occurring in the next 12 weeks from the run date. If desired, you can change this time frame by editing the criteria filter on the "Event Start Local Time" line item as follows:

  1. On the report criteria screen, single click Run Time Plus 84d
  2. Move the mouse to select Choose Special Value > Query Run Time Plus/Less ? Period
  3. Use the drop-down to change the number of Weeks and click out of the box to update the criteria. Click Next to proceed with the importing/saving process.

How to Use this Report

The report provides general event information, including the Targeted, Minimum and Current Registration counts. 

Formulas in the report output identify the shortfall amounts for the Minimum and Targeted values, with color coding for easy identification of events not meeting the set amounts.

By scheduling this report to run to your email inbox periodically, you can easily remain up to date on the status of registrations for upcoming programs and events.
