Events can have up to three types of confirmation emails generated when someone submits registrations.

 

Event Booking Confirmation

This email goes to the booking person only (not the other registrants) and is generally turned on for only fundraising events. You can turn this email on/off at the event category level in Reference Data:

Event Invoice

If the event has a charge for tickets, then an invoice is also generated to go to the person booking. This invoice is generated by default only when the event has a registration fee and may be disabled on an event category basis the same way that the Event Booking Confirmation is disabled in the description above.

Event Registration Confirmation

This type of confirmation will go out to all registrants for an event and is specified on an event-by-event basis and is specified on the second page of the event setup as shown below:
