Gnosis First-Class Email Service (via SendGrid)

Overview

Gnosis uses SendGrid to deliver its first-class email service.  A First-class email system provides infrastructure tuned for high-volume email delivery and significantly improves deliverability and visibility into the delivery process.  Well-known email services that provide first-class delivery include Constant Contact and MailChimp.

Gnosis uses the SendGrid email platform to power its first-class email service.  SendGrid is the largest and most respected email service provider, specializing in providing back-end services for platforms such as Gnosis.

Features

When using the First-Class delivery option in Gnosis, you receive the following benefits:

• Significantly higher deliverability for all email recipients.  Delivery rates for First-Class email generally exceed 98%, compared with standard email, which ranges from 70% to 96% depending on content and volume.
• Full visibility to bounces, SPAM reporting, and other metrics from the options provided in the Gnosis application.
• Faster delivery of emails (minimum of 500,000 emails/minute)
