If your scheduled event reminders or other notifications were affected by the outage early this morning, please coordinate with your staff to have one user send the necessary reminders directly from the Communications Center.

A one-time send will deliver all applicable 1 Day and Same Day reminders and other notifications by email and text to registered attendees.

Send Method:

  • Under 200 recipients, use the Send Now button.
  • Over 200 recipients, use the Scheduler option and select Run Immediately.

Completing a one-time send will not affect the existing automated schedule. Scheduled reminders will resume the next day as expected.
