Queries for Data Cleanup
Cleaning up data, including dealing with duplicates and other data quality issues can be time-consuming and frustrating without the right tools in place.
Linked below you will find some reports to help with the job of cleaning up your data in Gnosis. To add the reports to your system save the attachments to your computer, select the "Import New" button at the top of the report center. and then just step through the wizard that appears to finish and save.
Duplicate Data Detection
These reports will identify potentially duplicate records based on:
- First name and email address.
- First name and last name.
- First name and the first line of their home address.

This will help us identify and merge duplicate records, as well as group household members together into single households.
Will there be an option to merge org duplicates coming? We have quite a few which is troublesome when each org record has giving data and it looks like the org's lifetime giving is less, since its aggregate total is spread among different records.
The links in this post do not work -- return a 404 Not Found.
