Gnosis First-Class Email Service (SendGrid)

Overview

Gnosis employs the SendGrid email system to deliver its first-class email service.  A First-class email system provides an infrastructure that is tuned for high-volume email delivery and drastically improves deliverability and visibility to the delivery process.  Well-known email services providing first-class delivery include services such as Constant Contact, MailChimp, and GetResponse.

Gnosis uses the SendGrid email platform to power its first-class email service.  SendGrid is the largest and most respected email service provider specializing in providing back-end services for platforms such as Gnosis.

Features

When using the First-Class delivery option in Gnosis, you receive the following benefits:

• Significantly higher deliverability for all email recipients.  Delivery rates for the First-Class email service generally exceed 98% compared to email delivery using standard email of anywhere between 70% and 96% depending on content and volume.
• Full visibility to bounces, SPAM reporting, and other metrics from options provided in the Gnosis application.
• Faster delivery of emails

Pricing

Gnosis offers SendGrid First-Class email at the following rates: (Effective March 30th, 2024)

1. Bronze Level
     Includes up to 5,000 emails for $7.50 per month with overage at $0.91 per thousand
2. Silver Level
     Includes up to 10,000 emails for $9.00 per month with overage at $0.89 per thousand
3. Gold Level
     Includes up to 20,000 emails for $17.00 per month with overage at $0.87 per thousand
4. Platinum Level
     Includes up to 50,000 emails for $43.00 per month with overage at $0.85 per thousand
5. Diamond Level
     Includes up to 100,000 emails for $81.00 per month with overage at $0.81 per thousand

Implementation

Gnosis systems are now all implemented with the First-Class Email as a standard component.
