Displaying Older Batches

On the Gnosis main menu under "Settings | Preference & Settings" on the "Pledge/Contributions" tab, there is a setting for "Batch Archive Age (in months)".  This setting determines how far back in time the batches will remain on the batch management screen.

This setting can be modified only at the Organization level (first column), so it needs to be changed by an administrator.

You can set this value to any number of months up to 60 (5 years) to display older batches in the batch list.  Adding more batches in the list slows down the time it takes to load batch management, but there are no other effects of changing this value.

Once you change the value, you will need to close and re-open batch management if it is already open in order to see the desired number of batches.
