Re-downloading a Gnosis Pro Update

If an update file that you downloaded for your Gnosis Pro application somehow became damaged and will not install, please follow this procedure to re-download a new update file:

In Gnosis Pro, on the main menu, choose "Help | Update Status" to view the update status screen. 

1. Press the “Reset Button”
2. Press the “Check Now” button and allow the update to re-download.
3. Close the Update Status window.

Once the download completes, you will get a popup message. At the next convenient time, close Gnosis to perform the update using the freshly downloaded update file.
